Eligibility: Open to all photographers who meet the category criteria.

Submission Requirements: Each photo must align with the category’s theme and technical specifications.

Number of Entries: Participants can submit up to 20 photos at once, but additional entries can be made in subsequent submissions.

Photos from Workshops: Photos taken during workshops are not allowed. Such photos will result in disqualification, and any awarded photo later found to violate this rule will have its award revoked.

No Changes After Submission: Once the entry fee is paid, no changes can be made to the submitted photo. Submissions are non-refundable after the application has been made.

Right to Disqualify or Recategorize: The NewGen Team reserves the right to disqualify or recategorize any application that does not meet essential requirements.

Copyright and Usage: Copyright remains with the photographer. By participating, you grant NewGen the right to use submitted images for promotional purposes related to the NewGen Photography Awards competition and its sister websites. Your photos will not be resold or accessed by third parties. If a third party requests to use your photos, NewGen will contact you directly for approval.

Promotional Use: As an award winner, you agree that NewGen may post your winning submission on the official NewGen Awards Website, Facebook, and Instagram accounts to promote the competition. You also agree to participate in contest promotions and allow NewGen to use your name and winning photos for advertising and publicity at no additional cost.

Liability: NewGen is not responsible for any misuse of your materials by unauthorized third parties.
